Safiya Stephanie Musa – Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer

Founder and a Banking professional/Change Management expert with excellent track record in various spheres of endeavour. She's a graduate of Economics from the prestigious Bayero University Kano, and has also received further education at several world class institutions, including Yale University, University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School, and INSEAD Business School. Safiya is renowned for her intellect, leadership qualities, passionate commitment to worthy causes, versatility, diligence and an impactful results-oriented approach to issues. She is also at the vanguard of numerous initiatives to promote and support the socio-economic development of Nigeria.

She coordinates the affairs of the foundation.

Dr Mudasiru Adebayo Salami – Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer

Founder and a dynamic and articulate award-winning, widely-published cardiothoracic surgeon. He is an excellent communicator and undergraduate/postgraduate level teacher to medical students and trainee surgeons. He is a lecturer and Consultant Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon with the College of Medicine/University College Hospital, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. He has expansive international experience in training and lecturing. These include studies in Germany, Scotland, India and Nigeria. He is a versatile participatory trainer for medical students and doctors with a focus on skill acquisition and continuing professional development. Ambitious and driven teacher for who making a difference in governance and leadership in Africa has always been his goal. He is a dedicated patriot who believes Nigeria can truly become a first world country with responsive and responsible leadership. He campaigns for change in all spheres of our national life believing in an egalitarian society where every citizen has equal opportunities to be great. His double role as a surgeon and a lecturer ignited his interest in making possible quality universal healthcare and qualitative education for all Nigerians.

He spearheads talent and organizational development strategy; and manages the Foundation’s knowledge & evaluation activities.

Bucky Hassan – Associate Director/Chief Impact Officer

Bucky is a Project Director with a 20 year old Property Development company worth £10Million. She also runs a Property consultancy f0or investors seeking to buy in the UK and European property market. She is part of a team of 3 partners that have grown an initial £7,000 investment into a multi million pound property portfolio for their investors. She is a writer, speechwriter, counsels teenagers and young adults, and is a vocal change agent who has been working passionately towards national development. She works with entrepreneurs, students, mentees and partner organizations to ensure that our activities and investments create measurable impact. She helps organise the funding drive for the foundation.

She works as the lead in co-ordinating the Foundation's venture capital and business funding division, 'Power of 50K', that has seen the Foundation fund young entrepreneurs in setting up over 20 new businesses since January 2017 .
